Coach Sydney brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her days as an attacker at Franklin & Marshall (F&M). Her career honors include:

• College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team (2023)
• Two-time IWLCA Scholar-Athlete (2022, 23)
• Three-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll (2021, 22, 23)

In addition to playing club lacrosse for TLC in Baltimore, Sydney played four years of varsity lacrosse and varsity field hockey, and three years of varsity basketball at The Park School of Baltimore. She captained all three sports, received the C. Markland Kelly Award, and earned All-IAAM honors eight times across three sports. Sydney graduated as the Park School's all-time scoring leader in lacrosse.
