Mike Faith enters his 11th season at the helm of the Franklin & Marshall women's lacrosse program in 2023. He has guided the Diplomats to the NCAA Tournament during each of his seasons in which the national tournament has been held. His NCAA Tournament success includes two trips to the Final Four (2015, 16) while making it to the Elite 8 on five other occasions. Faith has compiled a 155-37 record at F&M, including a remarkable 72-5 mark in Centennial Conference action. The Diplomats have won three Centennial Conference Championships under his watch (2015, 17, 21). His overall record as a college head coach is 252-85.

A 2000 graduate of Salisbury University, Faith brings his own experience as an All-American lacrosse player to the sidelines. As a student-athlete, he was named a first-team All-American in 1998 and was a two-time first-team All-Capital Athletic Conference selection in 1997 and 1998.

Before leading the coaching staff at Elizabethtown, Faith served as the first assistant women's lacrosse coach at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, a Division I program. While at UMBC, he helped lead the Golden Retrievers to their first two NCAA Tournament appearances in 2002 and 2003. He spent a year as the offensive coordinator at the University of Richmond in 2001 and spent the 1999 and 2000 seasons as a volunteer assistant at Salisbury.

Faith is a native of Perry Hall, Md., and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness. He currently resides outside of Baltimore with his wife Chastin and their daughters Maddie and Mollie.
