Dan is a long-time resident of Harford County where he and his wife Faith raised their three daughters. As the former Director of College Recruiting for NEMS, Dan brings sixteen years of experience specifically in the recruiting space. Dan has helped 244 young women in the classes of 2010-2025 to successfully reach their goal of playing college lacrosse.

Over the last sixteen years, Dan has developed strong and trusting relationships with college coaches at the D1, D2 and D3 levels.  He is recognized by college coaches as an honest and forthcoming person who cares about each player individually and ultimately wants each player to find the right collegiate fit.

In addition to his recruiting role, Dan also served as President of NEMS Lacrosse for four years and Vice President for another four years.
