Coach Carissa graduated from Eastern Tech High School where she played soccer, lacrosse, and ran indoor track. Her soccer and lacrosse careers continued during her time at CCBC Catonsville.

Carissa brings coaching experience as a former coach at Perry Hall Girls Rec.

When she's not coaching on the lacrosse field, you can find her cheering for the University of Maryland's men's basketball team and the Baltimore Ravens.
