Coach Maya is a current Division I attacker at Queens University of Charlotte. She played in all 17 games of her sophomore year.

Prior to Queens, Maya was a four-year starter and captain at Garrison Forest School. And prior to Crush, she served as an assistant coach at Coppermine Lacrosse Club from 2022 to 2023.
